Hops

40g Magnum - 60 mins
14g Citra - 15 mins
20g Cascade - 10 mins
25g Cascade - Steep/Whirlpool
20g Citra - Steep/Whirlpool
20g Mosaic - Steep/Whirlpool
40g Citra - Dry Hop 5 days
40g Mosaic - Dry Hop 5 days

Special Ingredients

250g Toasted Coconut Flaked - Steep Whirlpool
250g Toasted Coconut Flaked - Steep Whirlpool

Pockwock City water treated with Gypsum, Epsom Salt and Calcium Chloride for a hoppy IPA Profile.

Yeast: Escarpment Labs Voss Kviek
Mash @ 65C 75 mins
Mashout @ 76C 10 mins
Ferment @ 22C and then bump up to 26C for the yeast to finish out.
Kegged: One Brown Eye Brown Ale, Cadbeery Milk Chocolate Stout, CocoNUTS on an Island
Fermenting: All Ryell'ed Up
On deck: Bitter SOB, Kolsch
In the hole: ???
