I'd be up for that, but no more than a 1/4 bin (1/6 would be ideal, I think).

I wouldn't want to smoke my food with chain oil so if it's been cut with a chainsaw, no. If it's been cut with a chainsaw using vegetable oil or another type of dry saw I'd be interested in a little :cheers2:

Whenever I get a bit of cherry or apple from Dad I end up trimming the ends with my own saw to get rid of anything on the chain saw.

Yup. By the looks of the pics of the bins I was expecting to need to cut it up more anyway. I got me a swede saw and a large vat of elbow grease.

Ever see that epic oil mist in the bright morning sun when operating a chainsaw? In the grand scheme of things it's likely fine to cut the ends off but I'll continue using handsaw harvested apple wood from home.

Have at 'er, boys!

If someone talks to them and confirms that the wood was harvested with a clean chainsaw I would be in for a 1/4 of a bin or thereabouts.

I can beat that price! I'll take your money, but I'm more than willing to trade for beer. Most of it is smaller diameter, which would suit a smoker much better. When pruning my apple trees, I absolutely never use a chainsaw.

My location may be an issue, but I can post pics or you can PM me if interested.

How small a bundle of wood you willing to sell Andy? I drive through there fairly regularly but I drive a car so I can't take 1/2 cords of wood.

If you are picking it up, you can take as much or as little as you would like. Can you handle a milk crate sized bundle?
