SYL-2352 PID - Where to buy?

Post by Chockpish » Sun Apr 12, 2015 1:22 pm

Greetings,

I'm at the ordering of parts for my electric controller, time consuming indeed. Anybody knows where to buy Auber Instruments SYL-2352 PID and timer in Canada (trying to avoid customs and shipping from the US). I don't think Dave has them at Everwood Ave...

Thanks again for the great support from all of you! It's great to be able to access such a wealth of info.

Auber Instruments, auberins.com. If anyone in Canada carries them you'd probably see a markup anyway.

I got mine direct from them, I don't recall anything bad WRT duties, I think they ship USPS.

You could always put together a group buy to split shipping costs.

Thanks Rob,

It turns out that the shipping from Auber is quite reasonable - approx 15$. I had an 16X16X8 enclosure with my initial shipping cost estimate, that's why I was getting over 100$.

Any idea on where to buy an enclosure in Canada?

Cheers,

Local electrical distributors should have them (Graybar, Liteco, Nedco)

Cool, I'll look them up this week; Liteco has an outlet here in Dieppe.

Thanks,
