White line on Carboy wall

Post by GregA » Sun Apr 24, 2016 5:05 pm

Hi. Have my third all grain in fermenter 2.5 gal batch and after few days notice a white line that seems to be stuck to Carboy wall at a couple levels above the trub cake. This was the first batch I used Irish moss at end of boil. Normal or cause for concern.

Yeast have been known to make interesting colony formations on those lined carboys.
