Ok no worries we are gonna cook up some brisket this weekend will just have to make my own dry rub instead of the lazy way.

Check out the homebrewchef site for the cocoa rub. I've made it for Hoptoberfest and thought it was good. Although I probably cut the salt as with most rubs as I find the level of salt way too high for me.

I'll be passing through town on the 5th, are you going to be around? If not I will be driving from Halifax to CB, so if your in NG I can probably grab my share there. Whatever works best for you, just let me know.
