Picaroon's Upstream Ale
Andy and I have had several discussions about the pros and cons of Picaroons, but the general consensus on both sides is that at least their efforts are bold and stand out. However, as for this "extremely limited" Upstream Ale they put out in conjunction with the Atlantic Salmon Conservation something-or-another, I'd say just keep walking past it in the LC aisles. Unless you're really, really into extra-pales (why?). I'm sure given it's for charity they wanted some mass market appeal, but ... um, no.

Thanks for the notes, I guess I will set my expectations low on this one. I will likely pick it up anyway.....it's hard to resist trying a new brew at least once!

Hi,
I tried it, it was alright. I still have a bottle, I'll bring it to the next meeting.
