Great time, great food and of course some really great beer. Thanks X for hosting and getting those tents. They really proved their worth. I'll be by to pick up my keg (and some pumpkins) around 3 if that's cool with you.

My thoughts:

1. Next time, I need to make a double batch of chocolate chip bacon cookies.
2. TimG's user name needs to be changed to Splashpants.

Haha but in all seriousness, this was my first time attending an event (aka the first time Jimmy let me tag along), and it was a good time! Some great beers, yummy foods, and nice people! I'll be sure to tag along next time too :rockin:

Thanks for having us all Rob and Shelley! :cheers2:

Great time, awesome food and beer! Thanks X :rockin:
"Twenty years ago — a time, by the way, that hops such as Simcoe and Citra were already being developed, but weren’t about to find immediate popularity — there wasn’t a brewer on earth who would have gone to the annual Hop Growers of American convention and said, “I’m going to have a beer that we make 4,000 barrels of, one time a year. It flies off the shelf at damn near $20 a six-pack, and you know what it smells like? It smells like your cat ate your weed and then pissed in the Christmas tree.” - Bell’s Brewery Director of Operations John Mallet on the scent of their popular Hopslam.

Thanks for hosting, Rob and Shelley (especially Shelley for putting up with our drunk asses).

Inspired by Becky, encouraged by EZ, and egged on by BBB, I've baked a big batch of Chocolate Chip Bacon cookies. I also added a touch of maple syrup for a bit more flavour. Next time, I've got something else to level it up.

Becky, I'll save you some. :)
