IIRC, we can sleep inside on the floor.

Definitely room to crash on the floor. Some beds will be provided. All people will be taken care of for sure. NOBODY will sleep OUTSIDE in a tent. As for a beer to brew, this week should let me know what I can do about that.

I honestly have no problem with the tent option.
At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter. :wtf:

What's going on=eating good food and drinking good beer.
What more do you want?

I think washer toss will make an appearance, does anyone have any lawn darts or a game of Risk they want to bring?

Mark Baillie from Hell Bay Brewery will be there with some beer also.
Also for the guys staying the night/late I will have the UFC fights on the big screen.

I can probably cover that, and some Catan. Both of them have had plenty of beer/wine/whiskey spilled on them so it won't be a big deal if it happens again. I'm 80% in, it all depends on how smoothly work is going in November.

A milk stout, perhaps, or a big beefy beer?

I need some clarification on the venue before committing. Is this a barn-like environment with animal hair and associated allergens or is it a clean building?

I'm thinking that I'm likely going to be out, unless things change at the last minute. I've got half a basement to renovate before kid #2 arrives in March, and I think most weekends in November will be occupied with that.

Building will be well cleaned before the event, I do have a dog and 2 cats in my house though. There are also 2 Alpacas and a Miniature horse in the pasture. The building is only 3 yrs old.

Yuuup Been working like a dog to have it in tip top presentation form. Brewhouse should be all shined up and fully operational by the end of next week. Things are really looking good.
