Howdy

Post by erslar00 » Thu Jun 16, 2011 2:11 pm

Hi Guys,
This is a great forum, thank you for the warm welcome I've received. I've been extract and partial mashing off and on for 5 years. I am making the transition to all grain and only need a decent brew pot. I have an obsession with Grilling and smoking as well

Larry

You have come to the right place!
What size pot are you looking for? Preference on material? We might be able to help you out.

I was thinking of a pot I can do a 10 gallon batch in. I heard there was an aluminum 64 L stock pot at Crappy tire for $89... I would prefer stainless steel but I want to keep the costs down. Any suggestions would be welcome.

I may end up doing the keggle if I can get one to sit on my burner properly. The burner has this ring around it that might prevent the keggle from sitting on it properly.
