Keg fridges on PEI Kijiji

Post by hogie » Thu Jul 07, 2011 9:24 am

Does anyone want one of these?

I haven't seen them in person yet.

2ft width,2ft 5 1/2 deep (never sent me the height...)

And here are a couple of pics he sent me...

I'm actually still on the fence about whether to get one or not. I would like to eventually have a kegarator/keezer that would be big enough to hold a corny keg and a carboy at the same time and I don't think these will do.

I'll be travelling to Halifax the weekend of August 13 for the NCM#4 group buy pickup and could bring it over then.

hmmmm - 'must be sold'...like $50, heh heh heh?

I don't need one, but those things kick ass if they work.

Those fridges ROCK and are $1300 - $1400 new after tax. They will definitely hold a carboy and a corny at the same time, or 4 cornies, or one 58 L, or 36 lbs of fresh ground beef brisket and a shitload of the one and only Hop Mess Monster  There's a shelf in the back of it that can hold a small CO2 bottle or whatever too.

If I had any place to store one I'd jump on it in a second, it's a crazy good deal. I already have one but anyone even thinking about one should jump :cheers2:

Sorry for the lack of updates guys. Yes, my uncle and I bought one on the weekend. Was actually $250 but came with all the accessories pictured.

The other one he has is slightly different. It's $200. It just barely holds a full-sized keg, is not as big on the inside and doesn't have the shelf at the back. The compressor goes across the top so I think it would only hold one corny (maybe 2) because of that. I don't have any pictures of it though.

If someone in Halifax wanted it, I could possibly deliver it but would have to rent a trailer (at your cost) since it's too big for my car.

If you're trying to get a hold of him, it's best to phone rather that email.

hmmmm, I guess $200 obo means something different than what I had in mind, lol. Still a pretty good deal with the regulator. This post is a little older, but might be of interest to you if they are still available:

You'll probably want all 5 as things tend to fill up fast (for me anyway), but in case you need to get rid of one or two, I would take them.
